The location is perfect! We walked to all the amazing attractions and enjoyed fresh crawfish at Mr Ed’s Seafood right next door. The indoor heated pool was a hit with the kids, and the staff, especially Neena, made our stay unforgettable!

Fantastic location near great food and shopping, but the room view was disappointing—just a back alley instead of the promised cityscape. The bathroom was cramped, making it tricky for older guests, and we heard sirens and ice dropping all night. Staff were notably accommodating, especially Malcolm, who fixed our leaking AC promptly. the lack of restroom facilities by the pool felt limiting, and communication about late checkouts could be improved. An upgraded room didn't feel worth the extra cost—maintenance issues were apparent. Despite some frustrations, the staff's kindness makes this a place worth considering again.
